Strong experience in Commercial Lending domain with added exposure to working on one or more COTS solutions – FIS / ACBS / nCino / Loan IQ / Commercial Banking Solutions – Commercial Lending module
Your key responsibilities
- Lead solution functional designs and workshops. Lead the creation of user stories including requirements priZoritization.
- Define strategy / leads requirements / user story workshops and consensus sessions
- Work closely with Product Owner to define the epics and user stories.
- Drive overall work stream activities and manage the day-to-day functional activities of project. This will include the ability to lead / manage teams of Business Analysts and work with cross-functional teams.
- Utilizes subject matter knowledge to support subsequent efforts for other work streams.
- Support roadmap, planning and design stages of project deliveries
- Prescribe application usage aligned to target requirements including alternatives analysis.
- Participate in presentations and proposals for medium complex projects or elements of highly complex projects
Skills and attributes for success
- 5+ years of consulting and/or experience in Core Banking Solutions - Commercial Lending /Core Banking (Corporate Modules) and Commercial Digital Banking (online/mobile) Platforms.
- 2-4 full life-cycle implementations within the Financial Services industry; Functional product certifications.
- 5+ years of leading/managing a work stream on enterprise implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience
- Should be able to play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing any of commercial lending applications.
- Technical experience of working on defining banks solution and technology architecture, interfaces specification and data model mapping.
- Experience on process workflow tools & mapping & API tools
- Knowledge of databases, infrastructure, application servers, Technical Architecture, Security and application performance management
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in a similar role/ environment for US/EU/UK client projects
- Hands-on experience in working with Agile methods for SDLC e.g., Scrum, SAFE, Kanban, Lean, TDD and CI/CD.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Have attention to detail.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Relevant industry certifications
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Workflow management using Agile collaboration tools from main vendors
- Excellent presentation skills.
