Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Global Market Loan Origination business lines to review Credit Agreements for all Operational impacting elements in preparation for settlement
  • Execute the settlement of transactions in the Loans system of record ACBS, ensuring that all economic components are correctly reflected
  • Provide support to Loan Trading and Origination businesses and their clients to handle ad hoc queries and requests
  • You will work closely with other internal and external teams: Loan Servicing, Loan Closing, Legal, Conflicts, Compliance, Tax, Notaries, Courts, and Agent Banks
  • Responsible for verification and authorisation of cash payments
  • Responsible for the monitoring & agreement of interest, default interest, repayments & dividends for distressed assets. Monitoring of loans trading positions under LMA & LSTA and bespoke documentation, for both performing and non-performing assets.
  • Responsible for the agreement & payment of interest & repayments to the desks clients as sub participants.
  • Responsible for the calculation & agreement of fees for the assets in position, and payments to the clients.
  • Work closely with Corporate Actions team on Loan restructurings that impact desk and client positions

What we are looking for:

  • You will have Global Markets loans experience
  • You will have a good level of understanding of the secondary loan trading market and the forms of documentation used
  • You will have client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner
  • You will be risk focused - able to identify issues and escalate to management.
  • You will work well in a team environment and maintain focus to achieve the goals of the team and the business.
  • You will have the ability to interact positively and effectively with all levels of management and associates.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment during high volume periods.
