Description
Develop functional expertise in key areas such as channel sales, end-user sales, merchandising, and both digital and physical retail processes.Partner with key business stakeholders to organise workshops to map processes and determine requirements.Manage complex, multi-track product development projects with timely execution in line with global milestones.Communicate effectively with cross-functional project and leadership teams, having the ability to build strong relationships and influence others to advocate for regional needs as required.Detail-oriented, and capable of strategic thinking.Tackle diverse tasks, regardless of size, with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, deploying enterprise-grade systems at scale.
- Minimum 3 years of experience defining product strategy and roadmaps.
- Proficient in business analysis and process improvement.
- Ability to approach projects analytically; experience of making data-driven decisions is required.
- Experience in agile and waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a regional team influencing worldwide initiatives.
- Experience in design thinking methodologies.
- Salesforce Platform experience, including a working knowledge of Salesforce, is preferred.
