Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

Serve as primary point of contact for M365 learning content creation, service delivery and user enablement.

Content Creation

  • Create GE HealthCare specific M365 learning content, working with M365 Service Delivery and Product Managers to transform technical guidance into simple, easy-to-understand terms.

  • Identify and promote features designed to drive productivity, collaboration, communication and efficiency.

  • Maintain SharePoint repository for learning artefacts including but not limited to recorded, instructor-led classes and demos, videos, and knowledge base (KB) articles. Ensure translation of KB articles and other content to Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Japanese, and Chinese.

  • Develop schedule of M365 Tips n’ Tricks to deliver via Teams and Engage.

  • Work with Service Delivery Managers (SDM) to create ad hoc learning artefacts to support spikes in issue and/or requests.

Service Delivery

  • Build, publish and maintain a learning events calendar with opportunities across GE HealthCare regions and time zones.

  • Participate in GE HealthCare user group meetings to provide demos or instructional trainings.

  • Deliver live, instructor-led, product demos and instructional training based on published calendar.

  • Participate in new product/feature release plans alongside M365 Team.

  • Contribute to M365 user group support and Engage community news channel.

User Enablement

  • Work with M365 team to create an annual Learning Roadmap reflective of M365 platform plans and priorities.

  • Work with M365 team to review baseline metrics and establish product-specific goals for increased usage and adoption.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for M365 Usage/Adoption and M365 Learning. Use this data to track progress against product and learning objectives and to influence content development prioritization.

Experience and Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience working with M365 applications like Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive in a corporate enviornment.

  • 5+ years’ experience developing and delivering learning in a professional organization.

  • Ability to deliver learning materials in Spanish, French or other non-English languages a plus.
