About the Role:

  • Title: SAP Intern - HR Business Partner (Customer Success APJ & GC)
  • Location: This position is open to any location in Asia
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Duration: minimum 6 months, preferably 9 months or longer
  • Working Days and setup: Full-time (5 days/week) preferred, with flexibility on working hours to cater to a global team setup

Expectations & Tasks:

  • Support and drive strategic initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests for the CS APJ/GC L1 HRBP Leads and CS APJ/GC HRBPs.
  • Support the CS People Strategy and the transformation of Global People Success Services through strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Support the CS People HRBP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, global projects, and bringing awareness of our services to those whom we support.
  • Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for HR, SAP Executive Board, APJ & GC Customer Success Presidents, executive CS leadership, and our CS employees.
  • Deliver high-impact data analysis to provide people and organizational business insights (D&I, Hiring, Attrition) that enables the HRBP team to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Experience in design or related design skils will be an advantage
  • HR experience not required and candidates with genuine interest in sales and technology are most welcome
