Good EE fundamentals and excellent critical thinking skills.
Hands on with Python/MATLAB instrumentation, automation and data collection/analysis.
Knowledge of high speed interface (e.g. MIPI, PCIe, DP, HDMI, USB), control interface (I2C, SPI, SPMI) and power circuits (linear regulator, SMPS).
Skillful on various measurement equipment such as: oscilloscope, power supply, power analyzer, spectrum analyzer, VNA, BERT, function generators, protocol analyzers, etc.
Good understanding of electrical noise, conducted and field coupling mechanisms
Capable of leading different projects in parallel.
Excellent process development and documentation skills. Must be extremely accurate and diligent in measurements and record keeping.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, including those based in different geographic regions.
Proven ability to lead and motivate small teams and effectively manage external contractors to deliver high-quality results.
