JOB TITLE:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will work on detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models and support, mentor and train other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
- Will need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for BIM documentation and drafting work in a given project.
- Is responsible for technical correctness, project standard compliance and timely delivery of the drawings and documents.
- Exercises self-discipline and work ethics.
- Respect and follow company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Architecture, MEP and other disciplines.
- Familiar with Programs: REVIT Archi and REVIT MEP for coordination of models, Navisworks for checking of models.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in preparing minimum LOD 300 REVIT Documentation (3D and 2D), general arrangement drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing.
- Experience in Precast and Steel Structures will be an advantage must have experience on international projects self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred.
KEY COMPETENCY – Technical Skills
- Has in depth knowledge of building structural elements.
- BIM Knowledge as per best-industry practice, hands-on experience in 3D modelling and scheduling, multi-D coordination and documentation.
- BIM setup for a project and execution and monitoring.
- Family Creations, Projectwise, A360 working experience.
Here's what you'll need
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering +3-5 years’ experience in 3Dmodelling or ITI Trained Professional with minimum 8-10 years of professional experience with minimum 3-5 years of 3D modelling experience.
