As a Senior II Documentation and Training Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Mentoring writers with people and project management skills, consistently delivering projects on time.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather accurate and detailed information.
• Having a foundational understanding of technical concepts, with hands-on experience in both software and hardware documentation.
• Leading by example in creating and maintaining various content typesinstallation manuals, user guides, API references, training slides, and video materials.
• Adepting at managing multiple concurrent deadlines in an agile environment, balancing documentation initiatives effectively.
• Using analytics and feedback loops to assess documentation impact, improve content quality, and ensure relevance across audiences.
• Having excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Acting as SME for style and formatting; ensuring content is clear, accurate, and aligned with standards.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or another related field or its equivalent
• Have 8+ years of technical writing experience, and 2 to 3 years as a team lead.
• Have experience working on an agile software development team across remote and globally distributed teams
• Have experience supporting multiple development teams and deliverables in a demanding environment with multiple competing priorities
• Be experienced with industry-standard tools for software development and documentation.
• Have proficiency in wikis, issue trackers, diagramming, project management, version control, and code editors.
