What we’re looking for:

• Experience with visual storytelling & video/gif production.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of visual communication design principles.
• Experience with SharePoint page creation is preferable.
• A team player & able to work with all levels of employees, including senior leaders.
• Able to deliver results, particularly in narrow timeframes.
• High level of accountability, reliability, and initiative.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What you will do / learn:

• Support with Communications activities such as:
• Content ideation, creation & editing for different forums & channels (SharePoint, newsletters, events & meetings)
• Developing internal communication plans and materials to support employee engagement & End-to-End content management.
• Video scripts & storyboard production
• Produce short interactive videos
• Design one pagers, marketing visuals/documents for different topics
• Support us in simplifying our communication & reaching a broader audience
• Support with preparing presentations for different topics
• Design and develop materials for stakeholder communication.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all designs.
• Support in maintaining internal communication channels – SharePoint, Communities, etc.
• Help us in elevating our communication with your creativity
