Description
- Drive ongoing yield improvement and product sustainability with OEM partners.- Lead quality escalations to closure by applying a balance of technical and program management skills- Prepare informations for final decision to mass production and release a new product (OK2xx).- Drive for ongoing supplier quality development, support PRQ evaluation and qualification. - Ability to travel to manufacturing sites.
Key Qualifications
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical and Manufacturing preferred), proven experience in manufacturing and product quality is a plus.
- Demonstrated an ability to adapt solutions to always-changing conditions.
- Ability to develop cross-function partnership to address complex problems.
- Strong written communication skills in English, including functional requirements and management presentations
- Experience in working with high volume manufacturers.
- Nice to have:
- Data driven and results oriented approach to problem solving, quality data analytical skills (Minitab/JMP).
- Project management experience and ability of influencing others.
- Softgoods (Leather, Textile & etc) manufacturing process knowledge and quality familiarity.
- Willing to travel.
