Responsibilities:
- Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence (BI) purposes.
- Building Apps and Flows for projects and corporate groups to enhance data collection and processing.
- Process automation, creating automated flows.
- Gathering requirements for Dashboard development.
- Dashboard and report development and administration.
- Configuration of systems/environments for new projects.
- Data analysis for reporting on performance, trends, system activity.
- Identifying and proposing report design changes to improve performance and availability.
- Providing technical support to existing projects and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborating with IT department, Business Units, and Project Managers.
- Managing and engaging customers on every stage of a project.
- Interacting with relevant stakeholders to understand tool requirements and gather input for decision-making.
