As a Senior Accounting Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various accounting functions within the Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG). You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving process improvements in financial operations. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the overall financial success of the organization. You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you'll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial operations of the CORP SBG, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving process improvements in financial operations.

• Oversee and manage various accounting functions within the CORP SBG • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations • Drive process improvements in financial operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve overall financial performance • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the corporate level

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations • Experience with financial reporting and analysis • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA or equivalent certification • Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
