KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Sell2Win workflows including scope changes, onboarding, and reorganizations
• Prepare and process scheduled and ad hoc commission calculations aligned with plan rules
• Maintain and audit data across dashboards, systems, and SharePoint to ensure accuracy and readiness
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support plan effectiveness and competitiveness
• Support annual and ad hoc target setting and ensure compliance with governance standards

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

• Work closely with HR Sales Compensation, Rewards, Services, Sales Market Teams, Finance, HR Business Partners, and Tech & Data Analytics to deliver seamless compensation operations.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Advanced Excel skills including data modeling and analysis
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboard management
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Effective collaboration across teams and levels

REQUISITE EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in financial analysis, planning, or data analytics
• Experience with compensation programs and performance-based payouts preferred
• Familiarity with SAP and industry-standard analytics tools

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland.
