Gather and analyze business requirements by working with the leaders, architects and product owners to understand the business needs and problems
Translate business needs and problems into user stories and technical specifications, review with the technical implementation teams, create acceptance criteria and the definition of “done,” test the changes and sign-off
Provide operational analysis of business functions by analyzing performance metrics and business results
Prepare technical documentation and biz materials and engagement materials using MS Office.
Provide training to clients on proper use of software solutions, handle their inquiries and resolve technical issues
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Exposure to project planning and tracking tools such as Jira, Git, Zenhub, etc.
Demonstrated experience working with Clients/Product Owners to understand the product road map and capture business requirements and functional requirements.
Knowledge of MES/Equipment Automation/SECS/PLC
Knowledge of C/C++, Java, Python, SQL, HTML-5, Java Script, etc. IT languages
Knowledge of DB2/Oracle and SQL query building or SaaS component

Experienceworking in a continuous development/delivery organization
Experience in leading Design thinking methods to understand personas and develop great user design
