• Work in an agile, collaborative environment across products and product management teams, driving the release lifecycle of an assigned set of products under the IBM`s business automation umbrella.
• Execute the product-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams. Coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending upon applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.
• Works with the existing Release Management team to support the overall release-management infrastructure and Offering Management (OM) deliverables and drive the release management cycle of a set of products.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of relevant Industry experience.
• Experience Release Management and/or Project Management
• Experience using release management tools (Jira, EWM)
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Collaborative and Teaming skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Expertise in Release Management, Project Management and/or Product Management
• Experience in Privacy by Design requirements and compliance.
• Experience automating in Jira or release management tools.
• Project Management Certification (PMP), Agile, SAFe
