Your role and responsibilities
- Analysis and design of the processes, technical implementation in the system in areas of the SAP HR / HCM and SuccessFactors (performance and goal management), Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT), Personnel Administration (PY)
- Knowledge of SAP HCM Master data, transactional data, HCM specific business processes and integration with other SAP Modules.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team with offshore and remote teams.
- Ensures that tasks are properly handed over (updated, next steps,) and coordinated with team.
- Overall, meets account deliverables (service level agreements, enhancement requests) and experience and deep knowledge of the relevant customizing.
- Performing Business Impact Assessments.
- Functional skills to help with functional aspects of the Integration.
- Enable effective communication between the implementation team and the stakeholders/customer.
- Troubleshooting complex integration issues.
- Keep the customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers.
