Your tasks will include:
• Commercial check of facility invoices and associated close interface with GRF internal
departments as well as external suppliers
• Maintenance of contract management master data of maintenance and service contracts
• Co-design and support in the definition and implementation of new processes, interfaces, and tools, as well as internal training (e.g. Changes to Purchasing Processes and Reporting Guidelines and Use of New Tools)
• Close support of GRF departments in commercial and operational financial processes
• Interface with other finance units such as controlling, taxes, and the global purchasing organization to ensure SAP requirements. First point of contact and very close collaboration with SAP Financial Accounting.
• Collaborating and/or driving internal and cross-functional initiatives/projects and specific tasks nationally and internationally
• Support ad hoc inquiries and provide area-specific reports and analytics
• University degree in finance, accounting or business administration
or successfully completed training in finance – and/or building/real estate management with professional experience in the field of finance & operation in the German environment
• Ideally familiar with SAP internal finance processes and SAP applications (e.g. BW, Analytics, ERP)
• Affinity to innovative technology, IT tools, such as e.g. AI• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual, structured and independent working methods
• Strong communication and social skills and the ability to understand complex framework conditions.
• High level of customer focus
