Your impact
In this key role, you will:
- Leverage your deep expertise across all aspects of HV transmission including cables, overhead lines, and substations
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and serve as the frontline technical advisor to our clients and stakeholders
- Manage complex technical challenges, guiding teams through unclear scopes to develop robust solutions
- Provide technical direction, manage design projects, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance with quality systems
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, delivering projects on time and on budget
- Mentor and develop junior engineers to grow Jacobs' transmission engineering capabilities

- Extensive experience in transmission engineering design, construction, and consulting
- Proven ability to liaise directly with clients in a confident manner
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop technical teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interface across internal and external stakeholders
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, standards, and best practices
