Design, develop, and maintain robust embedded software for wireless platforms (access points, controllers).

Work on platform bring-up, kernel modules, network features, protocol stacks, and performance improvements.

Own and deliver software components across the full development lifecycle — from architecture to production deployment.

Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor) to improve efficiency, accelerate prototyping, and promote code quality.

Collaborate with hardware, test, and cloud teams to ensure flawless integration and performance across the system.

(Optional) Contribute to automated validation frameworks and test tools to support CI/CD and system integration testing.

7+ years of experience in embedded or systems software development

Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python

Strong Networking Knowledge (preferably Cisco Networking)

Deep knowledge of Linux, networking (TCP/IP) and wireless protocol behavior

Experience developing software for networking products, embedded platforms, or system-level services

Experience with test methodologies and tools such as Spirent, IXIA, Octoscope, iperf etc.

Exposure to test automation, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Xpresso, GitHub, etc.), or system validation

Familiarity with build systems, kernel modules, or driver integration

Consistent track record to adopt and use Generative AI tools optimally for development and debugging

Strong analytical skills with a focus on design correctness, performance, and maintainability

Excellent teamwork and communication across multi-disciplinary teams

In-depth understanding of 802.11/Wi-Fi standards, radio drivers, or wireless security

Experience with data path optimization, network stack tuning, or real-time performance

Background in cloud-connected or controller-managed wireless solutions

Experience trouble shooting hardware/software interaction at the platform level

Certifications like CCNP, CCIE would be an added advantage
