YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a (Senior) Developer and Cloud Network Engineer you will join an agile team and share with them responsibility for managing and provisioning our service infrastructure. You will help automate landscape deployment on various hyperscalers and improve the availability, scalability, and reliability of our services. Our teams are empowered and self-organizing. You will participate in the design, implementation, and high-quality delivery of the solution. You may have to respond to incidents and their root cause analysis.

YOUR PROFILE

You will need:

• Good degree in computer science, informatics, business informatics or related areas
• Experience in enterprise network architecture, communication and protocols
• Good experience in cloud network environment, e.g., Load Balancers, NAT-Gateways, and Virtual Networks
• Hands-on experience with tools for debugging network traces (e.g., Wireshark)
• Experience in DNS management
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python or Golang
• Hands-on experience with Linux
• Very good language skills in English

We are looking for a team player with extraordinary soft skills. Experience in Service Mesh, Peering and AWS PrivateLink would be a plus.
