What you’ll do
Expected Start Date: March 2025
Contract Duration: 8 months
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
- Create and design (from concept to delivery) captivating executive communications for the head of Technical Support with materials and multimedia communications, such as social media posts, videos, presentations and more, for both internal and external audiences
- Create and maintain social media content calendar and monitor and analyze internal and external communication activities to inform executive communications decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Have an awareness of recent market trends, news, and industry research to proactively provide recommendations for forward-thinking content development
- Create social media guidelines for Technical Support Executives

Educational Requirements and Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in English necessary
- Candidates should be in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or equivalent
- This role is best for someone in their second internship/co-op or beyond
- Experience in the tech industry desired
- Willing to commit for 8 months full-time internship starting March 3, 2025
Desired skills/experience to be successful in this role
- Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise with executives
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills to engage employees across different regions, countries, line of businesses, and cultures
- Organized, detail-oriented, and can manage time effectively with top-notch prioritization skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive. Experience with SharePoint is not necessary but would be an asset
- Eye for design: Basic understanding and creative eye for graphic design, turning ideas and concepts into visually effective collateral
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Figma is not necessary but would be an asset
- Experience with video production software such as Premiere Pro or Camtasia is an asset but not necessary
- Ability to think strategically and navigate feedback from various stakeholders and work cross-functionally with people of different skill sets and across multiple time-zones
- Openness to learn: Not only receptive to feedback and suggestions, but also willing to proactively ask for feedback and try new tools
- Experience with social media content management tool and AI tools is an asset, but not necessary
