Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell’s clients through management of the technical team and sub-contractors.
- Ensuring effective management of workload, improvement of processes and systems, technician and sub-contractor management, verification of works, client liaison and escalation and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service.
- Working with New/legacy systems and remote/mobile tasking to dynamically drive actions and provide recommendations to customers on building performance and comfort improvements.
- Driving expansion on customer sites to other systems not currently under contract.
Key Experience and Qualifications:
- NV1 clearance essential
- NSW or any other state security license is essential.
- Able to hold/Maintain Government security clearance if required.
- Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment
- At least four years’ experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems.
- Strong experience in Building Security Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis.
Advantageous to have:
- Supervisor or Leadership skills
- Electrical or Electronics/Communications Cert III or higher
