Vice President, HR Partnership and Delivery Content Governance and Change Management Lead - Hybrid(Internal Job Title: Vice President, Program Management Lead –C13) based in Manila, Philippines.
The HR Partnership & Delivery Content Governance & Change Management Lead is responsible for the following specific deliverables:
Oversight and governance of HR Partnership & Delivery (HRP&D) owned employee and manager facing content
Driving the annual review of content to ensure materials are up to date and reflect any process or organisational changes
Engaging with key content owners on the annual governance cycle
Work with HRP&D stakeholders to identify new content requirements
Engage with Process Design & Re-engineering partners as well as other HR stakeholders to produce employee and manager facing content. This will also involve writing the content when required
Work with Process Design Leads and other key stakeholders to successfully manage change arising from process remediation, improvement and implementation efforts
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure change management requirements are identified, persona's impacted are defined and level of change management support agreed
Put in place change management plans and post-implementation support for HRP&D initiatives
This is an agile role and the individual is required to work flexibly across the HRP&D organisation to support the organisational objectives
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Demonstrate strong business knowledge including the understanding of core businesses, supporting processes and operations.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Outstanding problem-solver, should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Ability to operate within and utilise structured project management techniques.
Experience of delivering change management activities.
Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and a consistent record of stakeholder delivery and support.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the capability to Influence key stakeholders.
Experience of navigating complex organisational structures.
Ability to use reporting tools and excel to analyse and interpret complex data sets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint
Proven track record of delivery in a complex professional services organization - preferably in a HR discipline.
Strong change management and stakeholder management skills.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
