Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct In-depth Secondary Research: Utilize a variety of sources to gather critical data and insights that inform business strategies.
- Document Acquisition : Efficiently retrieve and manage essential documents from business team and third parties, ensuring all materials are accurate and up to date.
- Consultation and Support: Act as a consultant by providing expert advice for Independence approval submissions, helping to navigate complex requirements.
- Approval Process Management : Oversee the submission process for various internal approvals (Independence, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Supplier Assurance, Data Protection, etc), meticulously tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise.
- Cross-functional Coordination : Seamlessly coordinate with business, legal, and supply chain teams to ensure contracts are executed and purchase orders are issued promptly.
- Tool Expertise: Offer specialized support related to internal tools, becoming a go-to resource for tool-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Diligent Follow-ups: Maintain a proactive approach to follow-ups, guaranteeing all approvals are obtained and projects reach successful closure.
- Research Reporting: Compile and submit detailed research reports, ensuring they meet the standards for review and approval.
- Investigative Research: Delve into internal tools to evaluate Independence restrictions and communicate with requestors for additional context when needed.
- Documentation and Approval: Accurately record your investigative findings and conclusions, preparing them for final approval within our internal systems.

Education: Graduate/post-graduate
- Experience : 0 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Certification Requirements: Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage
