What you’ll do:
Location: São Leopoldo, RS
- Support SAP software that is being used by industries, governments, and multinational companies around the globe;
- Investigate and resolve critical system issues via live calls and through a CRM tool regarding product functionality or technical issues; troubleshoot systems to offer elegant solutions within established timelines;
- Provide excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills: Communicate and collaborate with peers, customers and upper management.
- Constantly empathize with our customers and call them whenever necessary;
- Be a team player that is both eager to learn and to share knowledge;
- Take ownership of situations and seek for continuous improvement, by documenting solutions and collaborating internally to achieve product and process improvement.

Required
- Currently enrolled in a University degree in Computer Science, Business and Technology, or related areas with at least 2 years until graduation.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills
- Ability to assess, plan and troubleshoot while collecting information about the customer issue
At least some of the following subject matter
- Databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
- Operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, command line interface)
- Data communications and networking (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Security and Authentication technologies such as SAML, Kerberos, SSL, and SSO.
- Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.) and programming logic, debugging
Preferred
- Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems, including installation, migration and networking
- Knowledge of business and financial processes
- Experience working with customers is a plus
