As the Business Analyst Intern for the SCS Alliance Sourcing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting several Strategic Alliance accounts. You will utilize technology, data analytics, and strategic insights to provide invaluable support. Your ingenuity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving success and continuous improvement within the team. Additionally, you will be encouraged to bring forward new ideas and suggest innovative ways to enhance processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting and Tracking: Create comprehensive reports, tracking tools, and dashboards to monitor deals and projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment with ongoing deals and projects.
- Data Collection/Management: Support data collection efforts required for project maintenance. Update and maintain data in sourcing systems, SharePoint, and Teams sites.
- Content Creation: Develop content and PowerPoint decks for presentations and meetings.
- Supporting Materials: Create supporting materials for stakeholders to facilitate better understanding of the deal process and engagement.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on procurement trends, existing solutions, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Project Documentation: Assist in creating project documentation, including business cases.
- Touchpoint for Support: Serve as a central touchpoint for support, ensuring team members and stakeholders are aligned with ongoing deals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, insights, and objectives.
- Meeting Preparation: Assist in the preparation, design, scheduling, and execution of stakeholder and supplier calls. Included taking meeting minutes.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle additional project tasks and responsibilities as required.
