Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end to end Pre & Post Sales support through dedicated channel team.Lead, grow, Mentor & manage the Team
Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of Primary care product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
Develop deep Product expertise and align customer goals and needs with GE Solutions, co-ordinate and deliver product training to Internal customers & External Customers on software, application and/or equipment use.
Sales Promotion
Originating sales by positioning GE Healthcare technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solution. Promote the business value proposition of GE technology.
Working in closely with regional sales, KAM and Govt sales. Primary technical role involved in DTI (demand to inquiry): aim at increasing market penetration through technical support for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.
Clinical Marketing & Education
KOL Engagement– Identify/ initiate/maintain/build relationships.Holistic approach to segment wise KOL Management Strategy to design various Clinical Partnerships.
Structured approach in developing & managing them for apt utilization of the relationship- Tier 2 / 3 creation. Work closely with engineering Team and segment Leaders
Customer Satisfaction
Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer.
Monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years of experience in Radiology, General Imaging, OB/GYN (Obstetrics/ Gynecology), Vascular sonography and cardiology applications. Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience; plus, applicable certification if any. Profound knowledge of 2D, Doppler and color flow imaging, Echo and experienced in 3D and 4D.
Incumbent will be responsible Pre and Post sale of the Ultrasound machine, Will be responsible for clinical activities like workshop, CME, Webinar and hands on training experience on Ultrasound application.
Willingness to travel up to 75% both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need
