Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Consultant to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or consulting, with a strong background in engineering or healthcare. The Project Consultant will play a critical role in delivering high-impact projects for our clients, driving operational improvements, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and EY standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations and solutions. Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and drive consensus. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Prepare and present project status reports, performance metrics, and final deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Stay current with industry developments and best practices to enhance project methodologies and client service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a related role. Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results in a client-facing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and familiarity with data analysis software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
