Job Description: SAP S / 4HANA Group Reporting
- SAP Group Reporting is one of the latest and fastest growing SAP product considered as the new Consolidation offering of the “future.” The candidate’s role will involve deployment of modern SAP Financial offerings, requiring both functional and technical expertise to develop GR solutions and addressing to the customers’ requirements.
- The candidate must have a keen understanding and hands-on experience with SAP SEM-BCS, EC-CS, FI-LC, as well as ECC, BI and a solid accounting and finance background.
- Ability to configure SAP S / 4 HANA Group Reporting on premise / cloud and deliver work products / packages meeting the client's standards and requirements.
- Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the group reporting system accordingly.
- Strong configuration hands on experience along with sound functional knowledge in performing the legal consolidation.
- Candidate should have been involved in the life cycle of SAP implementation assignments, exposure to agile and other structured implementation methodologies, Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT.
Skills / Experience Requirements: Senior
- Should have more than 5 years of functional and technical experience working on the BPC / BCS / ECCS / BOFC and (1-2) years on Group Reporting consolidation tool in SAP implementation projects.
- Hands on experience for configuring various objects in SAP FICO (at least one project)
- Experience in configuring /defining the Following in the S / 4 HANA Group Reporting module:
- Master data set up for all mandatory dimensions
- Customization and mapping of Financial statement item with G/L
- Integration experience of SAP Group Reporting with SAP FICO on S/4 HANA
- Attributes, Breakdown Categories, Sub item & sub item categories
- Set up of hierarchies for FS item, consolidation units/groups and other dimensions.
- Configuration of Balance carry forwards and Currency translation methods
- Experience in configuring inter-unit eliminations/reclassification and Manual eliminations.
- Managing reporting rules
- Set up of Validation rules and methods.
- Maintain Tasks / selections to be used in the configuration.
- Purchase / Equity Methods of Consolidation
- Able to set up Data monitor and Consolidation monitor
- Experience in “activity-based” consolidation of investments.
- Experience in handling new acquisitions, divestures or any changes to the consolidation group.
- Analysis For Office reporting
