Job purpose:
T24 professionals with expertise and prior work experience on one or more of T24 products – Retail, Corporate, Internet Banking, Mobile banking, Wealth management, Payment suites
Your client responsibilities:
- Need to work as a Lead Technical Consultant in one or more T24 projects.
- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
- Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
- Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
- Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis

Mandatory skills:
- Well versed in Technical aspects of the product and experienced in System integration activities
- Good understanding of the T24 architecture, administration, configuration, data structure.
Technical:
- Should have experience in at least one of the service areas of Core Banking projects like Implementation, Upgrade, Application Development and Maintenance across geographies
- The consultant should be able to understand the configuration and customization requirements; provide technical solution and prepare Technical Specification documents
- Experience in customizing system for minor requirements like Enquires, screen changes, field changes etc
- Upgrade Migration or Systems Development experience preferred
- JBC/JBasic; TAFJ/TAFC; Database JBase/DB2; IDE framework. Design Studio
- T24 Implementation knowledge & Temenos Integration Framework experience
- Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core, retail, Corporate, Securities Lending, Asset management, Compliance, AML - Including product parametrisation and set up.
- Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices and T24 modules like AA, Lending, Private Banking, Securities, Accounting, combined with good understanding of GL in T24
- Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.
- Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD
- Excellent business communication skills
- Other skills include Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff
- Good Leadership skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 7 to 15 Yrs
Preferred skills:
- Database administration
- Performance tuning
- Prior Client facing experience
