Business today is increasingly reliant on electronic records, and when fraud occurs in a company those records invariably leave hidden electronic fingerprints of how the fraud was conducted. Identifying, analyzing, and preserving evidence is a critical part of helping our clients control the impact of a fraud event. As a Senior Manager on our Discovery Services team, you’ll be right at the heart of that goal. It’s a role with far-reaching implications, so you’ll be working with stakeholders across industries with some of the most innovative tools available.
Your key responsibilities
It’s no exaggeration to say you’ll never be doing the same task for too long. You’re likely to balance your time between directly liaising with our clients to understand their needs and challenges and create solutions using our suite of Discovery services. It’s all about using your technical skills to creatively assess and resolve our clients’ needs from the front lines. That means thinking differently about how to investigate electronic fraud, and speaking up with innovative ideas that challenge the status quo
Skills and attributes for success
- Managing the key components of a portfolio of Discovery Services projects, including strategy, planning and execution
- Developing long-term relationships across a network of existing and potential clients to maximize business development opportunities
- Constantly developing your understanding of our clients’ industries, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Using technology to distribute your knowledge of leading-practice and enhanced service delivery
- Developing your team through constant coaching and feedback, providing challenging goals and guaranteeing your people have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to grow
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor’s degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience
- At least one professional designation, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM,CFE, CFCE or EnCE
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the confidence to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences
- A proven record of delivering eDiscovery solutions to large, complex organizations
- A quantifiable history of business development success
Ideally, you’ll also have
- In depth knowledge of Relativity, Encase, or other document management/collection tools; Nuix; Reveal; Axiom; Cellebrite; Verekey
- Either a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or significant electronic discovery experience at a professional services organization or law firm

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is 142,600 to $325,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,100 to $370,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
