- Bachelor's in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of professional experience as an engineering leader.
- Experience providing technical guidance and enabling teams to deliver services that benefit internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience building global teams and partnering with global stakeholders.
- Experience with technology and mobile or distributed systems.
- Experience with technical innovation within cross-functional engineering environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional leads as well as product leadership across a complex organization.
- Experience building highly effective engineering organizations, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
- Experience navigating complex organization environments, and partnering well and developing shared goals with senior leads across the organization.
- Experience with developing large-scale full-stack communication infrastructure, growth oriented mindset and product development.
- Knowledge of full-stack SWE design practices, including highly efficient and reliable platform design, BE/FEmobile development, API/SDK design, data modeling and 1P client integration management.
