We’re looking for a Paris Jordan Store Marketing Specialist responsible for supporting retail vision and enabling the execution of the Jordan Brand within the marketplace.

This person should have a background in marketing and retail marketing/brand, have analytical acumen along with an understanding of the Paris consumer and communities, as well as a marketing products and services within physical retail environments. The role requires a consumer centric approach to execute strategy and retail ready direction aligned with the City/EMEA strategy. The candidate should also posses digital acumen informing decisions connected to the Jordan digital ecosystem. The role requires critical and analytical thinking, creativity and collaboration across all Global, geography and city partners.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role is responsible for executing seasonal plans and direction that power the marketplace while being analytical and results-oriented. This role is responsible to execute end to end retail with a sharp point on Jordan Concept store format evolution, supporting Partner’s community doors as well as seasonal strategy that fuels both of those formats. Additional responsibilities include executing store training and new ideas that empower store associates to provide best-in-class service.

WHAT YOU BRING

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the competencies also outlined below.

  • Proven successful experience working in retail marketing is required.
  • Prior marketing experience in Paris and ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the hyper-local Gen Z consumer
  • Can demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of the Visual Merchandising & Styling function
  • Proven experience identifying and managing external relationships
  • Prior experience of delivering successful store athlete trainings
  • Ability to travel min 15%
  • Demonstrate successful experience working in a vast matrix organization
  • Track record of previous consumer-centric work across Streetwear and Sport, with a focus on key Paris communities
  • Outstanding analytical skills- ability to formulate logical, business insights and test new ideas to improve retention and engagement.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current retail tools and trends as well as technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail oriented, operating with urgency and comfortable with levels of ambiguity in the business.
  • Creative / clever thinking to problem solve
  • Interpersonal skills to help cultivate relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and English
