Your responsibilities include:
- Act as main contact for any internal or external customers with regards to Service-related return shipments of Capital Equipment in EMEA.
- Creation/adjusting of RGA’s in the service system (GSMS) and/or in SAP.
- Gathering of all relevant data for collection of CE products at hospitals.
- Align expected pick-ups with all Local Customers service offices in Europe.
- Align with Local Customer Service EMEA on all Non-Service-related returns.
- Update overview of expected returns for the warehouse team including disposition and any exceptions required.
- Investigate and solve any issues related to a returned item.
- Act as intermediate between LCS, GDS, Tier II, distributors and global CETS personnel in order to determine reason for return when units are sent back and are not EU service related OR sales related.
- Monitor open returns and ensure closure within 90 days.
- Creation of orders to return repaired Capital equipment to customers including potential return of loaner.
- Manage any specific requirements that apply in the CETS warehouse process.
- Responsible for reporting status to key stake holders.
What we are looking for:
- MBO+ level, preferably with a logistical specialization.
- Experience in working with technical, distribution and/or direct customer environment is a pre.
- Combines a problem-solving attitude with liaison focused communication skills.
- Capable of organizing their own work and presence of a pro-active attitude.
- Experience with SAP.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills, any other major European language is a pre.
- Ambitious, eager to improve and result driven.
