Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the production plan and coordinate on-time deliveries from the plant to the customer

• Report and support the execution of weekly and monthly sales plans

• Analyze KPIs and implement improvement actions

• Lead regular meetings with business stakeholders

• Initiate, plan, and implement new projects within the supply chain area

• Collaborate closely with sales, demand planning, product management, and finance teams

• Conduct data analysis using MS Excel, SAP, and internal SCM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment

• Ability to identify critical or risky points in processes and propose effective solutions

• Solid knowledge of supply chain processes with a desire to learn and grow

• Very good command of MS Excel

• Basic knowledge of SAP

• Very good command of English, enabling effective day-to-day communication
