Develop and maintain Project Management Standards and Procedures: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, development, programs, and other relevant departments) to create comprehensive product short-term and long-term delivery plans, aligning them with the overall product roadmap and the projects’ timelines.
Work with R&D to track and report product development execution vs. plan, and drive a continuous learning process.
Oversee governance aspects along software development lifecycle, and compliance with organizational policies.
Develop a clear framework for project execution, resource allocation, risk management, and change control.
Process Improvements and Efficiency: Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Introduce tools and methodologies to streamline project execution. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure performance and track progress.
All you need is:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field. PMP or M.BA. would be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within a large-scale software development organization with exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies.
Familiarity with the entire development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of facilitating collaboration among diverse teams.
Proficient in implementing process changes seamlessly across the organization.
Experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) is advantageous.
