What you’ll do

• Creating rollout material, including PowerPoint presentations, demos, and videos
• Maintaining an SAP customer and partner community page
• Conducting testing and aligning with stakeholders
• Supporting in user research, including organizing and evaluating interviews
• Reviewing and analyzing customer feedback
• Owning smaller projects (e.g., SharePoint setup, document management, etc.)

What you bring

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management, IT-Management, or a related course of study
• Computer skills: good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel, SharePoint would be a plus)
• Language skills: fluent in English and German
• Soft skills: proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and take on new challenges, strong team working skills, ability to understand technical topics and convey them in a structured way
• Others: general interest for information technology
