Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 7+years of Project Management with proven record of delivering and landingsales enablementsolutions
- 5+ years ofenterpriseexperience in ANY combination of the following: translating business requirements into technical specifications, training on technical reporting/solutions, or data analysis and insights
- 3+ years of technical capabilities in data-related modeling/display solutions including but not limited to Power BI, Excel, SQL,DAX,or PowerApps
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business knowledge of Microsoft Commercial Solution Areas (ie, Modern Work, Azure, Biz Apps) and practical applications of AI for Enterprise customers.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with capability to execute with business and IT stakeholders. (Functional - Ex. Sales, Partner, Services, Microsoft Field Sales - knowledge preferred)
- Proven executive communication and the ability to deliver clear instruction over digital, written, and live communications.
- Astute problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft and/or Industry business, Microsoft Partner ecosystem, Microsoft Sales Process, Sales operations and/or Finance
