Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

projects & deliver independently

Estimation generation/validation for engineering manhours for design & programming, change management, risk management, quality management (corrective/preventive actions).

Effective development and utilization of the engineering team to maximize productivity through Re Engineering of existing process if required, development of tools, standardization of libraries, templates and guidelines.

Ensure process deployment along with Escalation management /issue resolution by interfacing with front office/field, location coordinator and GES delivery team

• Taking ownership of, managing and obtaining approvals for all change requests, particularly regarding scope and budget

People Management Responsibilities

Motivate people, help negotiate priorities & to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders

Behavioural Skills

• Good communication, both verbal and written (English).
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent problem solver and ability to understand impacts of actions
