Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on IBM Identity and Access Management strategy and best practices
• Understanding client requirements and deliver best of the class solution to customer
• Scoping, Planning, Design and Implementation of IBM Identity and Access Management and Governance solutions using IBM Security Verify products (ISVA, ISVG, ISAM, ISIM) for Expert Labs customers
• To act as a trusted client advisor to customers
• Establish demonstrated client relationships with CxOs and working with different Stakeholders to achieve IAM goals

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 17+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management field
• Deep knowledge of IBM Security Verify (ISV) / IBM Verify SaaS/ IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) / IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM)
• Expert level skills in configuration, customization, integration, tuning and troubleshooting of IBM Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Experience in Pre-sales activities
• Expertise on Directory Services with deep understanding of LDAP Concepts and IBM Security Directory Server
• Deep understanding of Advanced Access Control and Federation modules of ISVA.
• Expert Level understanding of ISV API
• Expertise in CIAM implementation using ISV
• Detailed functional knowledge of IAM related protocols (SAML, SCIM, OAuth, FIDO, OpenID-Connect)
• Application of AI and ML to IAM domain
• PKI and Certificate management knowledge
• Container deployment and orchestration skills
• Expert Level knowledge of best practices for Identity and Access Management implementation
• Extensive experience in ISV/ISAM/ISIM modernization and upgrade scenario
• Implementing IAM in Hybrid Cloud environment
• Understanding of Zero Trust Security
• Linux/Unix administration skills
• Experience in Java, Java Script, Python
• Excellent Communication and leadership skills
• Relevant IBM Security Verify Product certifications
• Relevant Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM
• Experience of Project management methodologies of Agile and Scrum
• Understanding of Regulatory requirements related to IAM under GDPR, SOX, HIPAA etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
