As a (Senior) Royalty Compliance Specialist, you will:

• Create, establish, and own efficient and effective internal controls, and ensure adherence to them within the organization based on contractual requirements and commercial policies.
• Evaluate business activities and processes to assess compliance risks in regard to contractual agreements, commercial models, systems & tools.
• Provide regular updates on assignment outcomes and perform ongoing monitoring of key risks and findings within assigned responsibilities.
• Serve as a key stakeholder for Internal and External Financial Audits.
• Support Partner Financial Audits.
• Actively participate in cross-organizational projects and development activities and create a compliance culture.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Good knowledge of SAP Quote-to-Cash process and SAP ERP FI module.
• Understanding of Inbound Licensing concepts is a big plus.
• High service attitude while making no compromise on compliance.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of practical experience in Quote-to-Cash process or any other finance related field e.g., Commercial Finance, Order-to-Invoice, Revenue Accounting etc.
• Functional Experience in Auditing, Risk Management, SOX Internal Controls, or similar roles.
• Project management experience is a big plus.
