10-15 Years of experience in Service Provider Environment in managing Technology and Services Sales with at least 5yrs experience as a People Manager
Good understanding of Service Provider business scenarios with good technical understanding to formulate an effective and executable growth strategy for Service Provider accounts in the Philippines
Strong ability to lead and drive close collaboration among cross-functional teams within the organization together with Channel and Ecosystem partners to develop and close strategic opportunities in the Service Providers
Possess a good understanding of sell-to, sell-with and sell through motion of Service Providers and effectively engage with customer CxOs in business outcome discussions
Passionate about technology, with strong leadership capabilities in driving execution excellence among the team

Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive success to the team
Relevant experience in commercial and contract negotiations
Ability to lead and manage large complex deals, with cross functional teams and channel partner
Existing relationship with Service Provider customers and Channel Partners at CxO level
