Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Qualtrics XM solutions to support enterprise-level customer and employee experience programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Qualtrics projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Customize and configure Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, and reports to meet project objectives.
- Integrate Qualtrics with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and analysis.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with Qualtrics features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with Qualtrics XM platform.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of overall IT experience.
- Certified in Customer and Employee technology on Qualtrics
- Strong understanding of survey design, data collection, and analysis.
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for survey customization.
- Familiarity with API integrations and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- -Knowledge on GenAI, RPA, low code platforms would be added adantage
