Core Skills/Responsibilities:Who are you?

  • Market Expansion: Increase the awareness and revenue of Artlist and Motion Array in North America by identifying and engaging new contacts in the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads, schedule meetings, and create opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify, segment, and prioritize potential customers and customer groups, staying ahead of market trends and competition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition relevant customer contacts for further development, ensuring seamless handover and continuous customer engagement.
  • Competitive Monitoring: Gather and monitor information on competitor pricing, new products, and industry insights to stay informed and competitive in the market.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience: 1-2 years as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a SaaS or Tech company.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Customer Engagement: Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build strong personal relationships with potential customers.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with native-level proficiency in English.
  • Adaptability: Self-starter with a result-oriented, high-energy, adaptable, and inquisitive mindset.
  • Sales Tools: Experience with sales software such as Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Education: BA and/or MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • This position has a base salary range of $50,000 - $70,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
