Government Relations Director – Poland /CEEC
Skills: Government Relations, Politics, European Regulation. Campaigning, Trade Associations Management,
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, industry associations, and other stakeholders first and foremost in Poland and in the wider CEEC region
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and analyze their impact on the company's operations and business objectives
• Develop strategies to address potential challenges and leverage opportunities arising from government policies and regulations
• Represent Honeywell in industry forums, conferences, and events to promote the company's interests and enhance its reputation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align government relations efforts with business objectives and provide strategic advice on policy matters. Work with in-country, regional and global leadership.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
• 15+ years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or a related field • Strong knowledge of government processes, policies, and regulations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels

•Knowledge of the industry and regulatory landscape that matter for the business unit that make up Honeywell (Aviation, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainable solutions and Industrial Automation) • Experience in a corporate government relations role, preferably in the B2B sector • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Polish and English
Another European language is an asset.
