We are hiring a senior workday Analyst with validated experience in Workday . You will be part of a growing and dynamic team with an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects as we continue to grow. In this role, you will partner with HR management, IT and internal partners to analyze current practices, lead the implementation of new functionality, and enhance processes by using new and existing technology.

Your Impact
- Lead the ongoing design and implementation of new functionality in Workday – from creative enhancements to the roll-out of end-to-end automation initiatives
- Demonstrate your continuous improvement and innovative mindset to identify, recommend, and improve current systems and processes
- Work actively on production support tickets and provide response and resolution in agreed SLA timelines
- Work closely with COE Leads, functional leads, managers and technical teams to gather requirements, recommend, design and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption
Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience working in a HRIS team or equivalent
- Good in organization and project management skills
- Good understanding of the HR ecosystem landscape how integrated systems work in a highly tech enabled space
- Should possess sound knowledge of Workday fundamentals which includes and is not limited to - Core HCM, Business Process Management, Security and Custom Reporting and Dashboards
- Should have hands-on experience of working with Workday EIB, RAAS definitions and Core Connector
- Should have good experience working on PECI/ PCOF Integrations
- Should have hands-on experience of working with Workday Onboarding and Absence Management functionality (that includes end to end implementation from design to deploy stage)
- Exposure to Workday Time Tracking, Talent Management, Bi Annual Release Testing is good to have
- Expertise in Core & Advanced Compensation is highly preferred
- Skilled at working with cross-functional/ regional teams to understand and address functional and data-related requirements
- Ability to influence adoption of the optimal approach at all levels and drive the seamless delivery of projects through strong project management capabilities
- Proven ability to build great relationships and convey and debate design rationale - Emphasis on thought partnership and collaboration
- Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes - Sound understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impacts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a global, dynamic environment – adopting an iterative design process - we move fast, we listen, and we adapt, quickly incorporating feedback and collaborating relentlessly
