Establishes and communicates accounting processes by maintaining a thorough understanding of SOX controls, GAAP, and new accounting guidance as appropriate.
Promotes continuous improvement and process standardization across multiple legal entities.
Collaborates with several groups within BSC, including local sites to ensure all perspectives are taken into consideration when implementing changes and improvements.
Works to deliver upon key performance metrics and service levels agreed with business partners.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Accounting, Finance or related career
English Level +95%.
4-6 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in fixed asset processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
Must have highly developed customer relationship skills with strong serviceorientation.
Experience working in shared service environment preferred.
