This is a high-profile, client-facing position where you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customer base and develop long-term relationships.

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Manage complex client relationships through the entire post-sales cycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal phases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and drive value realization by closely engaging with key client figures.
  • Drive customer retention and growth by aligning with their business objectives and ensuring successful product adoption through training and best practices.
  • Maintain proactive communication to identify opportunities for deeper engagement, while monitoring KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and value maximization.
  • Act as the customer advocate, leveraging feedback to improve sales, product development, and engineering processes, fostering strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • 5+ years in customer-facing, post-sale roles with experience in customer success, including a proven track record in SaaS and non-SaaS product value delivery.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time, with previous experience working globally with large, B2B customers, including C-level executives, preferably in the government sector.
  • Technical background with experience in roles such as Presale Engineer, Tier 2 Support, Technical Account Manager, or Project Manager, including recent customer success management.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading onboarding and renewal processes for complex products.
  • Excellent command of French and English in both verbal and written forms, combined with outstanding presentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
