About the Job:

As part of Corporate Communications responsibilities, this person will contribute to the development and production of corporate content and newsletters to deliver company news and other important content to internal and external audiences.

Employee and executive communications:Partner with TI Japan President, MihoManufacturing Managing Director, Aizu Manufacturing Managing Directorand HR leadership to

Brand marketing:Plan and execute marketing campaigns

Media relations:Lead the development, delivery and measurement of media relations strategy include but not limited to cultivate and strengthen relationships with Japanese media outlets, efficiently handle press inquiries, localize global PR initiatives, provide guidance, day-to-day management of PR agency team and local issues management (as required)

Role requirements:

At least 5 years relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications and/or media relations

Ability to travel as needed to Miho and Aizu facilities

Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese, with experience in copywriting in Japanese

Professional and well spoken, excellent communications & presentation skills

Professional understanding of issue/crisis management

Great project management skills, including time management, goal-setting, multitasking and prioritization

Good data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Experience in managing agency and budget is a plus

Preferred qualifications & experience

Experience in engaging with director to general manager levels

Knowledge of the high-tech or semiconductor industries are preferred, but not required
