Your responsibilities will also include:

• Assist in conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, including analyzing financial statements, identifying key financial trends, and assessing the financial health of target companies
• Support senior team members in preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Summarizing the outcomes of client meetings and asking questions for clarification as needed
• You will be using Excel extensively in your work, including common functions such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, filters, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
